I do not get a dropdown menu, what do I do?
This usually means that you need an Internet Explorer Update. Perhaps you also need a java update? Please contact your IT Department if you are from a company.

Why can't I view PDFs?
Do you have Adobe Reader installed? If not, please visit adobe.com for a free version. If you do have adobe reader, it may be that you need an update. If you have the latest version of Adobe Reader and Acrobat installed, please make sure that acrobat is closed as all PDFs will open automatically in acrobat, giving you problems. To request a PDF by email, please email marketing@roelogistics.com
